Bryan Tan is a student at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, wanting to be an illustrator and educator. Bryan's artworks, which range from little sketches to digitalized illustrations, are a highly personal expression of his interests, such as creature and character designs, and are motivated by self-induced discontent. His works depict his self-identity in a distorted and terrifying state, influenced by his own expectations. He compares his artistic process to evolution, believing that it takes drive and adaptation to accept one's shortcomings and move on. "I just want to draw," he says.
